Greek Lamb Burger

Directions:
For the Tzatziki, add the Greek Yogurt, cucumber, garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice and fresh dill into a small mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Store in the fridge in a glass sealed container for up to a week.

  • 1.0 tomatoe
  • 1.0 cup greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup cucumber
  • 3.0 cloves garlic
  • 1.0 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.0 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.0 tbsp fresh dill
